Prices shown on the website are estimates based on information provided at the time of booking. The final price may vary depending on the actual condition of the property.

The indicated duration is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Actual time depends on the real condition of the property. The service is charged based on hours actually worked.

Il cliente è responsabile di garantire l'accesso all'immobile all'orario concordato. In caso di impossibilità, informare Unity Clean con almeno 24 ore di anticipo.

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time. If this is not possible, Unity Clean must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

Der Kunde ist dafür verantwortlich, den Zugang zur Immobilie zur vereinbarten Zeit zu gewährleisten. Falls dies nicht möglich ist, muss Unity Clean mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus informiert werden.

Il cliente può fornire i propri prodotti: l'addetto li utilizzerà. Se il cliente non fornisce prodotti, l'addetto utilizzerà prodotti professionali sicuri ed efficaci. Unity Clean non è responsabile per preferenze sui prodotti non specificate prima della prenotazione.

The client may provide their own products: the cleaner will use them. If no products are provided, the cleaner will use safe and effective professional products. Unity Clean is not responsible for product preferences not specified before booking.

Der Kunde kann eigene Produkte bereitstellen: die Reinigungskraft wird diese verwenden. Werden keine Produkte bereitgestellt, verwendet die Reinigungskraft sichere und wirksame Profi-Reinigungsprodukte. Unity Clean haftet nicht für Produktpräferenzen, die vor der Buchung nicht angegeben wurden.

Unity Clean si riserva il diritto di sostituire l'addetto assegnato se necessario, garantendo comunque la qualità del servizio. Il cliente verrà informato con il massimo preavviso possibile.

Unity Clean reserves the right to change the assigned cleaner if necessary, while maintaining service quality. The client will be informed with as much advance notice as possible.

Unity Clean behält sich das Recht vor, die zugewiesene Reinigungskraft bei Bedarf zu wechseln, wobei die Servicequalität gewährleistet bleibt. Der Kunde wird mit so viel Vorlaufzeit wie möglich informiert.
